Sometimes thing go wrong during the set up of our spam filtering service. Sometimes things are running fine and then all of a sudden email stops coming in. When this happens there's a panic. Where is out email? is it bouncing? What is going on? How do we get it fixed? There are a number of things that can happen and there are ways to figure it out and fix it.
